- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am giving the best possible estimate I can. Usually the first time gives me an opportunity to assess your needs, with that comes maintaining our service so you are happy and your home is clean. Setting up a regular schedule adds a discount to our pricing. I communicate openly to meet your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself, discuss customer needs, and set up a time to clean their home or office.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Ba in liberal studies.. taught for many years. I started doing odd jobs to support myself thru college.. I also worked with a small cleaning company for a couple of years. Dry cleaning experience. I have excellent time management skills, diligent, and a great listener. Years of team working/building workshops.
