Jeff Bozier has trained and competed for over 7years in combative sports (kickboxing, mma, jiu jitsu, wrestling, etc) and personal training for majority of those years. Jeff provides an enjoyable 1-on-1(or more, if you would like to bring a friend) experience to ensure success on personal goals. Achievements: Current Kickboxing Instructor for Merrit Athletic club, YMCA, and for American Muay Thai 2x IKF (International Kickboxing Federation) East Coast Champion Multiple time Jiu-Jitsu champion MMA practitioner I enjoy seeing people actually learning how to not only defend themselves but building a better version of themselves. Taking huge pride in being able to adapt to the person and their goals to be able to provide a better version of themselves.
