I love the thrill of finding my clients their dream home and helping them through the process of selling. It's not always smooth sailing when negotiations start. As a fitness enthusiast, I am constantly pushing myself to be as strong as I can be. I apply that mentality to everything I do. When we've closed on your dream home or placed the "sold" sign on your home, there is truly no better feeling.

After bad experiences with two other realtors, I called Nicole Barr after a referral from a friend. She was immediately helpful and willing to work with me and my limited budget. During the entire process,Nicole explained everything clearly, gave excellent advice, and asked questions about properties that I would have never thought to. She was present and helpful every step of the way and very easy to communicate with. Nicole helped me purchase my first home and I am so excited and grateful! I would definitely recommend her.

Nicole was really professional in handling the sale of my home property. She kept in contact with us all through the sales process, explaining every detail that was involved in the sale. She guided us through every details and changes that needed to be done to the house to make it look more attractive to buyers. Her negotiation skills were really impressive too. She really came through for us, and we are surely going to use her again
