- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- Pricing for Event Decor, Table Linen, Table China, Center pieces, and balloon art are customized based on what a client is looking for. Day of Corodination = $25 per hour Wait Staff/Clean up crew= $15 per hour, per person (1 staff member per 25 people)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is to have a consultant reach out to the inquiring client. At that time we can either give a quote based on the services that are requested OR ask for more information so that we may get a quote to our clients as soon as possible. We also at the inital greeting give our contact information so that any questions or concerns may be voiced with a live person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years of event consultation and planning. 4 years working under different companies before owning and operating my own. 1 year of owning and operating on my own.
