A native-speaking French teacher makes learning a new language enjoyable! She helped me focus my attention on learning the most critical conversational sentences first, helped me develop an authentic accent, and imparted an appreciation of the French culture. Motivation is such a key component of learning something new... when you have a native-speaking French teacher, you get inspired and excited to put in the practice.
