I typically like to speak with a client to see what flavors they enjoy most. Find out what their favorite style of food is so we can build from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my career cooking at a very early age. I have worked in an Italian five star bistro helping develop recipes for the entree of the day and was instrumental in fine tuning recipes. I love the flavors of the world and will often replicate these recipes but with my own twist.
