There are two sorts of business people regarding computer techs 1.) one who seeks to gain the maximum benefit for themselves with their first transaction with you or 2.) the business person who is willing to make a little less for themselves in the hope of building a relationship where you will feel oblige to come back to this person wherever you encounter a similar, need, or problem. The sort of person you recommend to your friends and family. I felt this tech, Kat, was into building a customer / business relationship. She was very professional, flexible, and I would not hesitate in dealing business again with her. I am very impressed with her who went beyond my needs in repairing my laptop. She completely understood my frustrations with a previous tech and worked to rectify not only my laptop issues, but as well as my leeriness from a past bad experience. Thank you!
