FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because I care about those I serve, I use high-quality camera equipment (an investment of thousands of dollars) when creating videos for clients. Depending on the project, I will also spend days or even weeks editing a video to get the details right and ensure that it is the best it can be. Factoring in the time I spend and the equipment I use, I believe offer exceptional value to those who partner with me on a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a conversation, either on the phone or in person. Getting reference videos or other inspiration can help me understand what someone has in mind. Once we have the concept and budget locked down, along with the particulars of how long the video will be, what services I'll provide, how revisions will be handled and so on, I'll then secure whatever equipment, accessories, and/or personnel we need to pull off the concept and start prepping for the shoot. After the shoot, I'll spend a couple of days or weeks working on the edit. Usually the package I offer will come with one complimentary revision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied film at Boston University and computer animation at Full Sail. I'm constantly refining my skills by attending workshops and conferences across the country and completing online training courses. At this point, I have been making videos for over 10 years. I hope to put that background to good use for your project!
