- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are set based upon the extent the client wants my services. For weddings I offer 3 packages that are customized depending on if you want a little help or want me to do it all.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with the initial free consultation. During this appointment we will discuss your event, what you have in mind, the feeling you want, number of guests and your budget. Then depending on that information I will provide you with a quote, we will sign a contract and take it from there. I will talk to you frequently during the course of planning your event so we can discuss items and discuss how things are going. I will develop an event timeline so all parties are aware of what is happening and when.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified program and financial manager so I know about running a program from start to finish and also about budget and finances. I am currently in the process of completing my event and wedding planning certification course.
