Introduction: For me my passion to get to know people and customise their parties comes above "business". I am a bubbly person who likes to give her heart and sole in making the event a success for you. I have been doing party planning since I was a kid but I knew I was good at it when I planned my Parents 25th Anniversary with 50 guests comming from different cities. And then I planned my wedding independently with a guest list of 450 people joining us from different countries. Planning for celebrations like Proposals, Birthday, Anniversary, Bachelorette, Baby Shower, Bridal Shower, Romantic Dinner Dates.... exite me and you must meet me to see the reality 🤗 I have an eye to detail and creativity to beautify the scenario. My love for surprise translated into creating beautiful memories for everyone who has been close to me. Absolutely brilliant and thoughtful! We are extremely delighted with our wedding invitation baskets and have received responses with written comments about how lovely the invitations are. Richa is easy to work with, can adapt and highly creative to translate your vision into a beautiful reality. We were short on time, but Richa ensured timely delivery without compromising on the the quality. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for that custom touch to make their special day that much better!

I have known Richa for over 3 years and I consider her as a Rockstar. She organized my Birthday party last year and it was an unforgettable experience. There were a lot of surprises and gifts. One of her biggest strength is to understand people’s preferences and interests which she uses to throw one of the best surprises for her friends and clients. She knows best places in New York and New Jersey and she booked an amazing bar in Soho for my birthday; the music and drinks were simply amazing. She made sure to invite all of my friends, I was quite a surprised how she figured the invite list despite the fact she doesn't know all of my friends. She is an architect by education and she is really good at decor and creating fancy items. As far as her personality in concerned she is easy going, extremely pleasant and has a sharp tongue, her sarcastic archaic comments creates an entertaining environment. Last but not the least she loves Soccer (Oh yeah that rarest of the rare female breed).

I have been extremely pleased with the services of SurpriseMeGenie. I hired SurpriseMeGenie for our first anniversary because I had seen their work at my friends parties before and each time Richa surpassed my expectations. She is extremely professional and responsive, and tastefully creative. She completely surprised me this time as well, I loved the tent attic which was beautifully decorated from the inside.. nothing over the top though.. perfect for the mood and feel was completely romantic. She went above and beyond in planning, considering the short notice that I gave her. What I like most about her work is the 'special touch' that makes every event different from another. Overall she did an amazing job and I hope to see more of her fabulous work. I highly recommend her to everyone planning that surprise element for their event.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I did a Gender Reveal celebration planning for a couple that I am really fond of. They were sweet enough to give me freedom to style their event. They did not know the gender but I did and I had to do the decor accordingly. I placed few gender games and did pink and blue decor. And finally they broke the surprise as they slowly cut the cake to find blue cream inside the cake and that it's a BOY. I blasted a Blue Smoke simultaneously
