Introduction: Cooking and baking have been my lifelong passion. I've not only worked in the culinary industry since I was 15 but I taught in Culinary School for 13 years. Sharing my knowledge and technical skills with others is rewarding. I'm very patient and have a keen attention to detail which helps individuals catch on and learn. Not only do I love teaching others but making cakes, desserts, pastries, bread and savory dishes are all areas of expertise I can offer as my services to you.
Working with food is incredible! I love how food brings people together and creates lifelong memories. Turning simple ingredients into delectable dishes that make your mouthwater and leave you wanting more is amazing. Teaching others how to do this is fun and rewarding. Also being able to bring others joy through my food is priceless.
