Introduction: Wood-fired cooking is our specialty! Based out of Beaverton/Portland, OR, Rockin' Kitchen is our catering team, serving barbecue and more for your wedding. We're a unique event caterer that lets you and your loved ones experience dining in a new way. You can enjoy our barbecue dishes right from our mobile trailer on-site. Rockin' Kitchen was born out of a love for good food and years of cooking knowledge. We use a blend of hardwoods in our smoker and cook with a live fire on-site for a genuinely fantastic flavor in our smoked meats. We are dedicated to making your wedding dining experience exceptional for you and your guests. Rockin' Kitchen offers a menu that covers barbecue as well as flavors from classic American, Mexican, Southern, and more. We're happy to customize our menu to fit your wedding day needs. On your big day, we'll arrive at your site of choice and begin preparing a buffet to remember.

We had Elmer bartend for our wedding, everything went very smoothly. He was responsive, a great value in comparison to some of the bigger bartending companies, he was right on time and kept the drinks flowing. He even stayed after and filled up a bunch of growlers for us from the kegs. Highly recommended!

Elmer provided excellent service at an affordable price. He arrived on time, setup the space promptly, and helped clean up the bar area afterwards. He's a class act - I highly recommend him to anyone in need of bar tending services.

Elmer was a superb bartender! He was resourceful and responsive from the moment I connected with him by email, approximately a month prior to my daughter's wedding. In my planning emails with him, he was a good listener and problem-solver and respectfully shared his ideas and advice. On the day of the wedding, he was efficient with his duties and very pleasant to engage with. If you have a special event to host, Elmer is definitely the bartender that you should choose!!
