Period. My teaching style is customized for each, individual student so I know how to grow their strengths, but not push them far enough to stress... as well as work and compensate their challenges. Students are expected to attend one lesson per week and practice a minimum of 30 minutes per day five days a week. (Level of expertise plays a heavier role in this.) I pride myself at being the best I can, whatever the task is. Other than my passion and willingness to support all enrolled students beyond other instructors, customized lessons are probably the most important part. I work with students with a wide array of genres. Eventually, the students find passion or more success with a focus on one or two or three styles of music. I have 25 years of experience, as I started teaching at the age of 15. I feel like I am still just starting my facilitation and leadership in teaching piano, so I can easily connect with a wide range of talents, demographics and students' personal goals and objectives.
