In my Align-Flow Yoga classes, you dive into Pranyama(Breathing exercise), Asanas( Yoga Postures), Meditation (Unplugging the mind), being present and enjoying the moment.
As a certified Yoga Tune Up® teacher, I teach YTU classes in which you will have a chance to practice yoga, corrective exercise , self-massage (by using the YTU Therapy Balls) and breathing exercise to reduce pain and have better posture and performance. These classes are keys to have better range of motion, gain more mobility in your joints and have healthier tissues. Perfect option for pre-workout to have more proprioception or after workout to release the tension built in tissues.
