- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
BLS Provider: $65 which includes AHA required e-manual that will be sent to you after received payment. Renewal of BLS Provider: $50 HeartSaver CPR/AED: $58 which includes AHA required e-manual that will be sent to you after received payment. HeartSaver First Aid: $58 which includes AHA required e-manual that will be sent to you after received payment. HeartSaver CPR/AED & First Aid $78 which includes AHA required e-manual that will be sent to you after received payment. Ask about multiple student and birthday discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we hear from a new student, we answer any questions you may have. If you decide to take a class with us, we invoice you, we receive payment, and you either come to our office for the class or we come to the place of your choice to teach the class. For offsite training, we will ask some questions about where to set up, how big the place is for setting up, how many students to expect, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The founder has over 35 years of active EMS experience in multiple positions ranging from ambulance operator, EMT, event medic, motion picture and television medic, all the way to part-ownership of an ambulance service and is now the founder/CEO of an AHA affiliated BLS provider training company/event medic company. All employees have multiple years of EMS background and real-life experience in the field.
