FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are based on achieving your goals. I know what it will take for you to succeed and factor that into my cost. I believe I offer the most value even though my quotes look higher than others. The price you pay is for the results you want, not for a quantity of my time, which may and may not help you reach your goals. That being said, my hourly rate is $145 if that's what someone needs (I meet you where you want).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I've been enabling clients to achieve their health and physique goals for 20 years. Most people don't know where to begin and think they need someone to "work-out" with them regularly. This is a set-up for long-term failure. I do an intake/assessment on our initial FREE consultation where I determine if I can help and how. When you hire me, my commitment is to your success. Ongoing follow-up and long-term check-ins create the value that is hard to find.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken every college level health science class (anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, etc.), I've been NASM certified, I've been the director for the Coronary Health Improvement Program (very similar to the Ornish Program), and worked as a RN for almost nine years. I've helped people with goals ranging from physique competition to reversing lifestyle related disease (DMII [diabetes], hypertension, morbid obesity, etc.). My degree in behavioral psychology is the most important credential I possess. It gives me the understanding of what motivates you and how I can train you to succeed and continue succeeding for the rest of your life.
