FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In our local real estate market, commissions are typically paid by the seller for both the buyer's and seller's agent. The buyer does not pay any sales commission. The seller pays commission for both the agents but not until the sale closes and commissions are then paid out of the proceeds of the sale.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sellers: Who want to list a property for sale, should provide a street address. I will research the property online, then visit property to do a walk-thru with seller then prepare a market analysis and marketing plan. Buyers should contact me to schedule an initial consultation which will cover market conditions, buyer plans and priorities and a planning process to prepare.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelor's degree in business and marketing. I spent more than 20 years in sales and marketing of tech products and services in the corporate world. I also spent 10 years as a regional manager for a firm providing database technology to litigation attorneys.
