- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing fee that I discuss with the client. It depends on how long I will be working with them, both per week, and how long the project may be. I also want clients to be able to get as much from me as I have to offer, so I am willing to negotiate, depending on the client's ability to pay. My range is usually between $20.and $25.00 per hour..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first have a meet and greet session, where we go over what the client is looking for, and what I can offer. I like to get a feeling for what kind of learner the client is, i.e., visual, hand-on, or verbal. Then I discuss with the client how I can be of assistance to them, and we figure out what their needs are and what my availability is. Then we start working together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Humanities. I have been working with kids, from Kindergarten through high school, for many years. I have worked with kids to help them improve their school work comprehension and enhanced self-confidence around keeping up with their school work. I have worked with kids to help develop appropriate life skills as well.
