Introduction: You've invited your friends over for a night of festivities, but wait...what should you make? Should you have a BBQ, roast some poultry, or make pasta? How are you going to execute it all?? Look no further! During my cooking bootcamp, I'll provide you with timing, tips and tricks for cooking poultry, red meat, pastas, salad, all with vegetarian and vegan substitutes. I come from a Cajun and Mexican background, and dishes from those cuisines are my specialty. I will show you easy-to-make delicious dishes, and how to "cook from the pantry." Not only will I show you when to use recipes to your advantage, and when to improvise, but I will cater to individual needs and provide nutritious tips for everybody in the family. If you need quick suggestions for healthy on-the-go snacks, I can plan a schedule to quell those midday hungers and help you maintain a more stable metabolism. I was practically born in the kitchen. To me, home cooking is a way of bringing people together, and I love showing people the tools to personalize their own healthy living style. I love bringing this joy to anybody willing to learn. I'm constantly learning new skills and techniques. As an avid fisherman, mushroom forager, and self-proclaimed nutritionist I love everything about cooking.

Cooking with Bryson is, above all things, a lot of fun. He really has a great intuition for determining what ingredients go well with each other, and he’s got a great sense of humor that makes the entire experience a real joy. One of the best things we made together were some simple but delicious hand-cut potato chips, and truly I’ll be asking him to help cater my wedding with some of those things! They were SO good. Bryson is a very knowledgeable, and extensively friendly teacher who puts his students' learning as his highest priority. Happy to answer any questions you throw at him, it was eye-opening to see how much of a difference a few simple concepts can affect your cooking. His cooking is delicious, and by shock and awe, I was able to make some tasty morsels myself.

My friends and I had the best experience with Bryson! We opted to try honing our skills at bbq on a nice sunny weekend. Instead of your standard burgers and macaroni salad, we barbecued elotes, smoked carnitas, and made a beautiful fresh herb salad with grilled peaches! Certainly a meal to remember! Bryson was a super informative and personable teacher. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to expand their cooking horizons in a friendly, easily accessible way.

Bryson is not only an outstanding chef, he's an extremely fun and friendly guy. The delicious things this guy can whip up is too long to list, but I can vouch for his pasta, carnitas, brisket, roast chicken, sushi, and all manner of veggies and side dishes, and I can also vouch for his skills as an instructor--he knows how to teach just as well as he knows how to chop. My cooking skills have grown exponentially since incorporating Bryson's lessons and advice into my own meal prep. Highly recommended as a chef and teacher.
