- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are willing to negotiate or discuss options that will both; meet your requirements & not compromise the project or product warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We request a quick walkthrough of the project space. Inspect all damaged areas, surfaces and prospect our approach. Then we discuss scheduling and begin asap. Payment is made through weekly installments to ensure all quotas are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over three years of hands on experience renovating and selling real estate. Drywall/Painting/Floor-laying. Journeyman Painter with Union local DC36. EPA RRP certifications (lead removal, restorations). Also scaffold & first aid OSHA certified.
