- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usuaully customers conta me. I will set up a time for a free estimate to come over and look over the job. At that time I will give you a quote verbally as well as an emailed pdf Contract Quote for the job before I leave your home, this all takes just a few minutes to look at the tree job and create a bid. This way you have an exact # amount before I even leave your home. At that point we can go ahead and schedule a time and date to come back over to complete the work with our full crew.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 1999 I joined the United States Marines after graduating from highschool in South Florida. After leaving active service in the Marines, I was sought out to manage a local tree company in Alabama as their foreman. After years of experience in the field, our family moved and I began my own Tree Company in Birmingham. I have been serving as Owner/Operator with a 2 additional man crew for 8 years here. We offer climbers, cranes, full service equipment, dump trucks and trailers, as well as bobcat for heavy load removal to efficiently get your job done.
