- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do NOT charge a planning fee unless it is for a large group (like a destination wedding or reunion). Travel Insurance is optional, but if you decide not to purchase insurance and you cancel your reservation, I do charge a cancellation fee of $25 per person. If you purchase insurance, I do not charge a cancellation fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask new customers to complete a short online questionnaire to provide important details that allows me to customize the perfect vacation package.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have successfully completed training for all of the major cruise lines, Walt Disney World, and several of the main hotel chains and all inclusive resorts. Additionally, I have worked in the travel industry for over fifteen years.
