Sellers – market evaluation, marketing plan, create personal real estate portal, offer professional real estate videos to help the seller understand how to establish a fair price so the house will sell for most amount of money, videos about how to stage a home, repairs needed vs. unnecessary. Buyers – understand life style – choose suitable communities by area, price, features of the home, set up Real Estate portal with custom searches for properties of interest.
