I have been using Matt and ISSGLOBAL for about 3 years now and have been more than happy with their efficiency, service, and being more than trustworthy. I have had Internet related issues, hardware issues, printer issues and they responded faster than I could set up a time to allow them to remote in (When internet issue we had to do everything over the phone). I have a small brick and mortar in Port St. Lucie, FL and they are in Boca (2+ Hour drive) but everything was done remotely. They even sent me manufacturer coupons and told me what store to go to that would ultimately get me the best price for a laptop that needed replacing (it saved me $150 and they did not try to sell me the same laptop they could have sold me). He and their staff are professional, courteous and I only come to him for any of my computer related issues (My home and Business). I have used them at least six of seven times.
They have been exceptional to me - even affordable considering being such a large company.

I have been a happy customer of Matt Braun's at ISSGLOBAL since 2008 for all my computer hardware and networking issues. I really appreciate how quickly and efficiently he responds to all my computer issues. Matt truly cares and understands that having no internet connection or my computer screens freezing up means my business is losing money and possibly customers by the minute. As a small business owner of a mostly online service, every second counts. He always responds in less than an hour and resolves the problem same day. He has even troubleshooted remotely while out at lunch so no time was wasted! He worked well into the night at times to make absolutely certain that my business could start the next morning trouble free. He didn't even charge extra for that, just has a very strong work ethic which seems rare in South Florida these days. I really can't say enough about how pleased I am with Matt's skills. Highly recommend him!

I trade options but never had an issue with my network or computers, as I had someone on call. After firing him, things were great for months. Then an infection of some sort happened and I was crippled for days. I contacted a friend who referred me to Matt at ISS Global and it was 90 minutes in total for 3 machines to clean, optimize, and gave me the software so it does not happen again. I cannot overstate how professional, courteous and efficient he was and I highly recommend him for any service computing and network related - obviously troubleshooting, virus and malware removal and ensuring your machine/network stays UP AND GOING! Saved me tons of money!

I couldn't afford the time and hassle of going to the store and leaving my machine for a day or two. I was referred to Matt, not knowing he was with ISS Global. He immediately sat down hooked up another laptop to mine and I went across the street for coffee. He was done by the time I came back. Great Work! I'd highly recommend Matt to anyone at all - Business or Indivividual
