- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with each new potential client to ensure that it is going to be a good fit for both parties. We do an initial walk through of the property/office and give a fair estimate for the client to look over prior to making a decision. We do not require a contract for our commercial cleaning clients, their satisfaction is our only guarantee.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently did a post-construction cleanup job at a local restaurant (there are pictures on our profile). It was a 2 day job, but the before and after speak for themselves. :)
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What exactly they are looking for in their cleaning company. Flexibility, reliability, products used, and pricing are all things that need to be decided on prior to deciding on a company.
