During a remodel to ready a home for sale, my company hired this gentleman to clear a massive pile of dead brush out of a yard. It was last minute as it needed to be done the next day, and I underestimated the size of the job. He was very flexible, negotiated a fair adjustment to the bid for his extra trips, got it done in no time, and was very professional.
