- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Looking to sell? I offer full-service and discounted listing options (4% - 6%), depending on your needs. Looking to buy? You pay nothing for full buyer representation - even if you eventually chose to purchase a For-Sale-By-Owner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Looking to sell your home? We start with a brief phone call or email discussion to understand your needs. From there, I prepare a comprehensive home evaluation together with a comparative market analysis (CMA) to help you get the most money for your home. This evaluation includes offering suggestions for how to make your home standout, determining the right market to target your home to, and sharing with you a well-researched price range to help you set the ideal listing price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of experience working in land use planning, real estate development, and residential real estate. I'm a native of Boise and have worked in the area for over 30 years. As a result, I know Treasure Valley real estate better than most. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University and a Masters of Public Administration from Cal State Long Beach.
