- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, they are based on square footage, age of the home, and packages the customer is interested in obtaining. We give discounts for Whole Home Inspections which include Radon, Mold, and insurance inspections.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond to emails, texts, or phone calls quickly to offer education, quotes, or answer any questions they may have. We try to schedule all inspections within a day or so from the request coming in even in the busy season. Our goal is that every customer comes away from every interaction with us feeling happy, knowledgeable, and secure in their new investment. We never want a question left unanswered and will help in any way possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully certified, licensed, and have the experience that is needed to give you the BEST inspection around.
