Introduction: We are a 30-year-old business which includes several Berklee faculty members, led by owner Michael Moss. Michael has the perfect manner to make you feel relaxed and confidant as you record. With over 30 years experience in recording- doing everything from hosting Adam Sandler in his studio to coaxing the best performance from a seven-year-old- Michael has seen and done it all, and makes it easy for you to do your best.
We have a three-studio facility for music composition, narration, music production, film post-production- virtually anything in audio. We feature a Steinway grand, excellent microphones and an expert, Grammy-nominated staff. Please visit our website for pictures and more sound samples.

I just hired Michael Moss at Soundscape Boston to engineer 2 of my projects. I chose to produce them at Soundscape Boston after meeting with Mr Moss and listening to the solid acoustics of the studio not to mention the exquisite design by Michael Blackmer. We recorded a rhythm section, string section, horn section
and vocal tracking in the live room and Michael did a beautiful job on all the sessions. I recommend Soundscape Boston to any musician/producer who needs quality recording done with industry professionals within a fair and reasonable budget.

I've produced all of my audio projects--spoken word, music, foreign language--for years. Mike is a creative composer, gifted producer, and smart editor. He's also abundantly patient and a genuinely nice guy.

The studio was beautiful, well equipped and state of the art on all levels. Michael Moss, the owner, is a professor, a professional musician, a recording engineer and a producer. He is also absolutely fantastic. He's patient, offers up great ideas and suggestions and is an all around really good guy who is great fun to work with. And the finished product--fabulous quality. He knows what he's doing! 5 stars for sure.
