- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to schedule a complimentary meet and greet with the client and their pet, this allows us to really get to know them and answer all of their questions while customizing their care so that it meets all of their needs. From their we create a schedule that works for their lives, arrange for their preferred mode of payment, and then partner with them to make sure their furry family member has the best possible life.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Take the time to meet with them in person. Your gut should tell you if they are trust worthy and are someone you can depend on to safely come in and out of your home with your pet.
