When I first signed up to meet 1x/week with Chris last summer, I feared that a host of injuries would preclude me from getting into the peak shape I aspired for. But, by the end of the first session I knew that was not the case. See, Chris embodies everything one would hope for in a personal trainer: He listens to your goals and concerns and knows when to motivate you through a tough routine and when to modify an exercise on spot, before you can even tell you’re pushing yourself too far. And, he has a wealth of knowledge about what it takes for the body to get from point A to B, and calculates every workout to maximize your ability of doing so. Plus, he’s personable and fun, and keeps you energized during workouts even after long days. In the 9 months since we started working together, I’ve done things I never imagined, including 8 unassisted chin-ups at one time and 3 sets of 15 push-ups. My injuries are in check, and I feel better and stronger than ever. Thank you Chris for everything!

I have never been the person who likes going to the gym to “get in shape,” but Chris changed that for me. I signed up for weekly personal training sessions ~4 months prior to my wedding and Chris helped get me to exactly where I wanted to be on that day. Chris worked to delineate what were realistic goals given my work schedule and then how to make those goals happen. Our workouts were always fun, motivating, and challenging. He is super knowledgeable, patient, and always pleasant to be around - he made our workout’s interactive and fun rather than boring and dull. On top of everything, he was always reachable via text and sending me new workouts to mix things up. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for an excellent personal trainer!

If you want to look great and feel healthy Chris is honestly the trainer for you. Not only is he professional but he is a lot of fun! I worked with Chris last summer when I started my journey loosing weight. Chris showed me that loosing weight isn't about just dieting it's a lifestyle change. He kicked my butt in the gym and he helped me with a personalized meal plan. I can't say thank you enough to him for all the help. If you have Chris as your trainer/nutritionist you won't be sorry!

I'm a heavyset middle-aged guy that was worried about a family history of cardiac issues, a bad back, and a wish to change. Chris was instrumental in helping. I've lost weight, my back hasn't bothered me in months, my energy and flexibility are much improved. He's been able to help me pinpoint exercise and stretching to help with my issues, tips for better food choices and been fantastic about working around my erratic work schedule.
