My Bio: Lisa M. Sheehan is the Director of Commercial Sales at Commonwealth Standard Realty in South Boston. Lisa has worked in the real estate industry for over 5 years, specializing in Boston and the surrounding area. Lisa is a consummate professional providing her clients with a sincere and personal approach to both commercial and residential real estate. With patience, integrity and skill, she helps sellers maximize the value of their property and gets buyers the best deal. She is an expert in presenting an apartment or house in its most captivating light through both advertising and face-to-face sales.

She is Residential and ACC Commercial Certified and has won awards in the International Diamond Society and the Recognition of Excellence in Sales. A single mother of 3, Lisa holds the balance of career and family life in high regard. She is an example of how the right broker makes all the difference.
My Philosophy: I believe “a realtor is a purveyor of information between the buyer and the seller.” This empowers my clients to make a well informed choice when making real estate decisions.
The biggest reward i receive in Real estate runs through both residential and commercial is Connecting the perfect buyer and seller to create a "win win" situation for all! There is no better feeling.

Wow! That's all I can say. I have bought and sold property for years, and Lisa is concierge at its best. She took us from start to finish and more, helping us find our new dream home and sell our former home. But she did more than that!
