Base price consultation fee per room. Other home services or needs are priced per task or hourly. We can also provide simple flat rate pricing per square foot (house size),

There can be many emotions to moving downsizing or estate sales. We provide the consultation needed for each client to reach the best decisions possible. New provide perspective, forward thinking what if and cost benefits to reach yes or no decisions. The client's needs to be 100% sure of each yes/no decision.
