- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Transparency is everything! In our first meeting I will personally go over all of the products and prices that I offer. Clients that become loyal customers will have their session fee waved for life! Ask me more about how to become a loyal customer :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact is everything! I spend at least one hour connecting with you on the phone or video call; I want to get to know you because then I am able to craft images that express you (not what I think you want but what I know you want).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a professional photographer since 2002, I am trained in commercial photography from The Art Institute of Seattle along with several certifications in communication and coaching. I am active in growing and learning from other professional in my field. I have work with over 7,000 people to document their events- marathons, weddings, workshops, retreats.
