- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team of roof inspectors and project managers meet with the homeowner, inspect the roof for damage, and then walk the homeowner through the roofing process from the shingle type, design, color, insurance claim process, to honoring our customers with any special requests or scenarios, such as ensuring your 25 year old rose bush is properly covered during the roofing installation process.
