Introduction: Welcome. I'm glad you are here. I'm a licensed massage therapist and a certified postpartum doula specializing in CranioSacral Therapy. CranioSacralDoula is designed to support you in all stages of motherhood; from pre-conception wonder to the magic of pregnancy to the wee sleepy hours of postpartum and onward into the journey of it all. ​ With CranioSacral Therapy and Specific Injury Technique Massage, I am able to address acute and chronic physical issues, while making space for deep states of relaxation. Relaxation that you carry forward. I love practicing CranioSacral Therapy and I am thrilled to include Specific Injury Treatment massage, as needed. I practice Craniosacral Therapy daily in some way, shape, or form and often combine these two modalities which can provide significant results for clients in addressing both acute and chronic issues. I work with women in all stages of motherhood, in pregnancy, early into postpartum and onward through the marathon-esque challenges of the preschool and elementary years. I am here to support you. I love this work, it is a really special practice. I am thrilled to make space for you to experience an hour or two of peace in your day.
