FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price schedule is pretty straightforward. It's an investment in yourself and in your future, so if you're looking for a discount professional I'm not the person for you! I offer the highest quality work you can get, so if I am going to invest my time in you I expect that you are willing to invest in yourself as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new person is different, so I always start with a free consultation, a strategy session where we can talk with each other and find out the best way forward. I want to be sure you know you're in the right place before we work together. Then, road forward will be different depending on the service offering, but we can discuss that during your strategy call.
