- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On most jobs I prefer to meet with the customer and see the project they would like completed to get all the info needed to give the customer an fare and accurate quote or estimate to be fare to the customer so there are no hidden surprises after the job is completed;
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always meet with the customer to go over their needs and expectations. Then provide a free estimate of cost and the estimated completion time to expect from me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years of construction experience as an Engineer in the U.S. Army, 4 years as Facilities Manager with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and 5 years as Director of Engineering at East TN Children's Hospital. I have a tremendous knowledge of all State and City codes and requirements when it comes to your home or business improvement needs.
