- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love new customers! They’ll receive my planning packages via email including pricing, we’ll set up a initial call and an in person meeting if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate, Professional Bartending School Over 40 hours of instruction on the methods and techniques of mixing over 150 different drinks ranging from highballs, shooters, rocks, martinis, and specialty drinks. Taught and tested on varieties of liquor and liqueurs. Mentored on customer service, interaction, and satisfaction. Instructed on the use, cleaning, and maintenance of bar equipment. TAM (Techniques in Alcohol Management) Certified Certified to have been trained and tested on: alcohol management, recognizing false identification, identifying the clinical effects of alcohol, properly preventing and de-escalating customer disturbances, as well as the knowledge of alcohol laws, rules, and regulations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As an event planner I think it is important to understand all aspects of events, which has led me to bartending.
