- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically in the state of Florida Real Estate agent fees are 6% in a selling transaction. 50% of that goes to the selling broker and 50% goes to the buyers broker. Of course all things are negotiable depending on the circumstance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet informally with my clients and assess their needs whether buying or selling. From there we brainstorm and strategize what will be the most effective way of meeting their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed as an associate broker in Florida and Tennessee. Masters Degree in counseling so very much like working with people. Experienced in buying and selling homes for myself and others. Ability to empathize with my clients and provide the service they need. I also have much training in real estate through eXp, Keller Williams, Posh Properties and the National Association of Realtors.
