- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact them, listen to their concerns or questions, and confirm the best time to visit and inspect the pool and surrounding areas. I inspect the pool or spa and share my results with the owner, they can choose to use my services offered for a one time project or monthly service. And we can both agree on a fair price for their pool need(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of working in customer service and business. I am certified in pool and spa care with the Aquqtic Training Institute ( a nationally recognized educator). I was mentored by a colleague with years of experience in this field, and have years of experience myself.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Almost every. Everyone almost always has a different need or request. I do my best to accommodate any customer, wether they are the owner, renter or property manager. I am very thankful for my customers and appreciate their trust and friendship. I take my work seriously and it shows in the consistency and dedication of both myself and my customers.
