Doug and his team of professionals were amazing to deal with through the duration of the project. Emails were answered, phone calls returned and questions were always thoroughly and promptly responded to. In general, the job they did was exceptional, but in my opinion, the communication is what sets them apart from all other contractors I have had work on my house(s) over the years.

My pricing is the exact same pricing the insurance company uses, allowing us to only have to agree on the scope of work to be performed.

Generally, we meet with the customer, explain the entire process in detail before anything begins.

I have been in the roofing industry since 1995 and have certificates from every major manufacturer for shingles, flat roofing materials and metal roofing.
