Aurelia and her team did a wonderful job painting the exterior of my house! They were on time and able to work around my work schedule. They filled in all the cracks, noticed some damage, repaired it quickly and got back to the painting without any delays. Lots of little touches I didn’t even realize needed to be painted until it was taken care of. I highly recommend M & A painting for quality work in a timely, professional manner!

I recently hired M&A to paint the exterior of my house. I was changing the color of the house and the trim. I got 4 bids from contractors and although they were the highest, I chose them primarily because Aurelia was the most professional and thorough of any of the others that quoted me a price. She told me exactly what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. When I asked her why her paint quantity estimate was such much higher then everyone else, she explained that they were going to apply two full coats by sprayer and roller. She ended up being spot on with the amount of paint needed. They showed up on the date we agreed to and were there at the time we discussed. They finished when they said they would and did a fantastic job. If you're looking for someone on the cheap, they might not be for you. If you're looking for a professional job from start to finish and something you'll feel good about when they are done, give them a call. I give M&A my highest recommendation!

I cannot say enough about this company! They showed up on time and made quick work of painting the exterior of my house. Their painting skills are SUPERB (no runs or overlapping paint anywhere) and even my husband (who used to paint houses) was impressed! Aurelia the manager gave us a good price & even did a walk thru afterwards to check the work & make sure that we were satisfied! I will definitely be using them again for future painting needs!

We were amazed at how quickly our condo was painted. The attention to detail was perfect! We had whole condo painted in 3 days and had them come back to patch and paint a wall after having mirrors removed. We would Highly recommend M and A painting!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a small family own business and affordable. We don't have a standard pricing system because every job is different and customers may want different things done. For "example", if a customer lets me know they only want the bedroom walls painted, and it is 4 walls then that would be $200. Then, if another customer wanted their one bedroom painted, including ceilings, baseboard doors, and door casings, etc, then that may be $250-$300 extra, based on how high the walls are, and other factors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like for them to contact us after receiving the basic quote from thumbtack to better go over the job and details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been working over 15 yrs of interior, exterior, residential and commercial painting.
