Introduction: Happy Hearth Cleaning is a local, family owned team based locally here in Bradenton. We pride ourselves in providing highly individualized cleaning services for commercial, residential, and vacation rental properties. We perform cleaning services all over Manatee County and hope to add your facility, home, or Airbnb to our quickly growing list! People often assume housekeeping services are really expensive but that's not true at all! Why? Well, it's because you choose how frequently we come: weekly, biweekly, monthly, or just one time- whatever fits into your budget! Initial and/or deep cleans will be more due to the additional time and effort these jobs require and then regularly occurring cleaning rates are always negotiable. Hiring us to clean your home will improve your quality of life by freeing up your time to spend with your family, friends, and loved ones. Hiring us may even give you additional time to make money! For many people, hiring a housekeeper allows them to make more money working during those hours as opposed to the cost of cleaning. We enjoy taking the time to truly listen to what our clients need.

Very Happy to have found Happy Hearth Cleaning. Alan, the owner arrived at our first cleaning alongside one of his employees. I love that they walk through the house and ask about any areas that need additional attention. They are very approachable and I feel comfortable having them in my home. Making appointments has been easy and I appreciate their flexibility. If you are looking to support a small business that delivers a quality service this one is worth your time.

Megan did an excellent job after having house guests for over two weeks including a 115 LB German Shepard it was OVERDUE! I liked their services so much I booked them to do my 23 old daughter's house tomorrow. I recommend Happy Hearth Cleaning to anyone that's looking for a house cleaning company!

We had a deep clean today and the Happy Hearth team did an amazing job! We just moved into our house recently so we’re still working our way through unpacking boxes, etc. The cleaning team worked their way around some of our chaos and managed to make our house feel clean and fresh. They were very responsive when scheduling, on time, hardworking, professional and reasonably priced. We will definitely be scheduling regular cleanings with them! Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive rates for offices and commercial properties as well as busy households! The automated quotes you receive from us is the rate for weekly/bi-weekly services following your initial clean. Initial cleans will be charged at a slightly higher rate due to the amount of extra time and care they require to be done well and in a thorough manner. We offer detailed services at an additional cost ncluding: - inside the refrigerator - inside the oven - inside windows - wash dishes and silverware (per sink) - French doors (inside) - hand wash interior doors - sweep out garage - steam mop floors At Happy Hearth Cleaning, we do not believe anyone should be bound to long-term contracts, therefore, we offer month-to-month flexibility with our service contracts for commercial clients. We want you to be extremely satisfied with our work!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Part of our commitment to customer satisfaction is to follow up with a text or phone call within 48 hours of your initial cleaning to inquire about what was done well and most importantly, what could be done better. We strive to provide 5-star service. As a local, family-owned business, we are dedicated to establishing individualized relationships with our customers.
