FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always want to provide the best service for every session and wedding possible. When I book a session or wedding, my goal is to make sure that the client leaves feeling incredible about themselves and about the photos that they will be receiving.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to make sure I fully understand the type of project they are looking for. Then I make sure we have a date and time that works for both parties, work together on finding a great location for the session, and then we book it! In order to book a session, I send a contract to make sure we are on the same page about the expectations on both sides. Once the contract is signed, a 50% non-refundable retainer is due. The rest of the payment is due by the day before the session (or 14 days before the wedding).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began as a Communications Director, and started learning photography to help my team to grow and improve. Since then, I've invested in many many hours (over 30) of training for photography, including shooting and editing, posing, and business. On top of that, I have many hours invested in sessions and weddings.
