- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact - Give us a call or send a message through email or website Submit a questionnaire - We will email a questionnaire based on your request (Destination Wedding, Honeymoon, Vacation, etc) so we can better customize your event or vacation Consultation - We will set up a date and time (whether in person, on phone or through internet meetings) so we can discuss what is written on the questionnaire; ask each other any questions; understand each other's expectations and let you know how our services can benefit you Research - Based on the feedback, we will research options on destinations, hotel/resorts, their availability and current pricing. It might take some additional time if the requests is more complex Send you a quote - We will send you at least three options to choose from, based on the questionnaire form and what we've discussed prior. Selection - Once you've made your choice, we will send you a more detailed quote based on all of the components (air, accommodations, transfers, insurance, excursions). That quote will give you the total amount of the trip, deposit needed to reserve and when final payment is due. Deposit - You make the deposit amount due to reserve your trip. We can offer a payment plan or you can just continue to pay, based on the time frame or just make a final payment Final Documents - We will email or mail your documents around 2 weeks prior to your departure. We can answer any questions you might have and will be available for you 24/7 before, during and after your trip, should you need us. Welcome Home - We'll check with you once you return home to hear about your wonderful time and send a request for a testimonial.
