- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we do. We get a list of items from each customer so then we can figure out how much time each move will take. Our customers pay by the hour for our service, we are transparent and work with integrity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering some basic information about the customer and their potential move so we can access their needs and provide them with the exact service they require. We then get a list of the items they are moving and from there give them a guaranteed quote for those items.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner of this company I have been in the moving business for 10 years now and have worked with many different customers and on many different jobs. I have the qualities and experience needed to serve each and every customer.
