I'm extremely satisfied with Adam and Carl, two guys who helped recover very important data from a unusable thumb drive. After one hour of reading ReBoot's response I handed over in person my drive to Adam. The next day I picked up a new Thumb drive with my recovered data~~at that time Carl gave me several tips for myriad computer questions I had. I feel like a valued client and I'm excited to work with Adam and Carl on future projects! $50 was indeed well spent. Very professional, easy to reach.
