- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
**CANCELLATION POLICY** We do charge a cancellation fee of $25 if appointment is not reschedule as we are charged for these appointments. If the cancellation is less then 48 hrs notice (not including weekend or holidays) 50% of the cost of service will be billed to you. Cancellation less than 24 hours notice full cost of service will billed to you. Thank you for understanding as we schedule employees according to appointments and due to full booking at times Turn down appointments. We do clean hoarder type houses and animal waste however must advice us before hand as we need to protected ourselves for these jobs and cost will be adjusted for these items. I normally price base off sq ft. If you have extra rooms like library, study, extra living room dens ECT please count as bedroom when doing quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally 1st time cleanings are priced as a deep cleaning. Deep cleans normally take two times longer then just a standard clean so it cost more. The prices are based on regular messiness. ***PLEASE NOTE IF LOCATION IS MORE THAT 45 MIN DRIVE DEPOSIT UP FRONT REQUIRED****
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 years commercial print shop cleaning experience. I also have 2 years move in move out experience with apartments.
