- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On some jobs I would suggest that we do a hourly rate when client has many small projects around the house or business. When I quote a rate and we agree on that rate I will always honor that rate even if I under price the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Same as all customers, to build a long lasting relationship for future services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have been doing construction and tradeshow exhibits for over 30 years. Also installed displays and signage in retail settings across the country. All with strict deadlines and maintaining high quality within budget.
